Today, in preparation for a small party here at the farm, we got the chance to document our resident 'Casaro' (cheese maker) making fresh #mozzarella.
Antonio comes from a long line of 'Casaro' and his expertise and techniques are amazing!
We would really like to share this amazing experience with the rest of the world and that's why we've made this little video.
